Killing another human life is always others' business. If it weren't, killers would never be prosecuted. Everyone would just "butt out" and let killers have at it, killing others here and there, as they see fit with no consequences whatsoever.
Once again, the voters of Mississippi don't agree with you. Their vote ruled a fetus does not automatically gain full human rights beginning at the moment of conception.

Plan B is not abortion. People who believe this are ignorant of Plan B and it’s use. Please don’t talk about this if you don’t even know the difference.

If Roe is overturned, I fully expect the Texas Legislature to specifically ban Plan B. And I expect them to allow pharmacists to refuse to dispense contraception of any sort. And that's because the Republicans in the Texas Legislature are a bunch of religious zealots who hate women. Even the women hate women.
Of course men have a say. They can use birth control if they don’t want kids abortion or child support. Like we tell women be more discerning in your choice of partners or don’t have sex. Just because it’s the woman who carries the pregnancy, it needs sperm to get pregnant. Men mind your sperm better.
I was answering a poster who questioned why men aren't held responsible for unwanted pregnancies. They are. They pay child support for 18+ years for unwanted pregnancies. They have no choice, so why should women?
I hope like hell that the SCOTUS has the gumption to overturn Roe. That’s my dream scenario. Been hoping for this for decades.
Greatest possible gift the Democratic Party could ever receive. PUH-LEEZE do it SCOTUS Conservatives. Not to mention that GOP fundraising based on anti abortion efforts; tens of millions of dollars, will be dead and buried. They’ll have nothing else inflammatory enough to rile up the base to get those millions from small evangelical donors without abortion being on the platform.
My fear is that the SCOTUS simply isn’t stupid enough to pull the trigger. They know what’ll happen.
The Christian Right made their deal with the devil in order to achieve their dream of overturning Roe. Now that they have accomplished that the real question is why they would continue to support the Republican Party, which at this point has absolutely nothing in common with Christian values and beliefs.
Not to mention that 60% of Americans disagree with overturning Roe, with an even higher percentage of women in opposition.
Therefore I agree that overturning Roe will be a gift to the Democrats in the end.
Moot point. Fetal homicide laws have already set the legal precedent that an unborn child is a separate human life. People can be and are charged with and convicted of homicide for killing an unborn child.
And those fetal homicide laws can also be repealed or ruled unconstitutional. No precedent is set by the laws.
It is the deliberate killing of what has been legally established as a separate human life. Those who do such are charged with and convicted of homicide. And that's where the Constitution's Equal Protection Clause comes in... Either anyone can kill an unborn child, or no one can. Can't have it both ways.
Once again, you are utterly wrong on that. And have never pointed to any legal decisions to support your claim.
