Of course not. Has it somehow escaped your attention that men are frequently saddled with 18+ years of child support payments for their children? And that's even though they have NO say whatsoever in whether a pregnancy is terminated or not. They must become parents against their will. It should be no different for women. BOTH voluntarily participated in an act that may result in pregnancy, therefore BOTH should experience the consequences for doing so, whatever they are, not just men.
Like I said, LICENSED health care practitioners - pharmacists, pharmacy techs, CNAs, etc. - are administering vaccines, not just your unlicensed neighbors, Susan or Bill, etc., showing up for a temp job to earn a few extra bucks.
I want the law to be consistent as required by the Constitution's Equal Protection Clause. Either anyone can kill an unborn child without due process, or no one can. It's either "my body, my choice" for both abortion and mask and vaccine mandates, or it isn't. Can't have it both ways, as that's unconstitutional.
In other words, a very sick pregnant woman with her doctor would have to apply to get an abortion before the public authorities so she can hopefully get approved for a legal abortion. Otherwise, all other women applying to get an abortion would likely be denied.
Bear in mind that many mask mandates have expired or been overturned.
Biden just extended the mask mandate to next March.
Quote:
Vaccine mandates have been challenged in court. The same could happen to bans on abortion.
That's what's happening now. Abortion is being challenged in court. There is no Constitutional Right to abortion. The regulation of abortion is the purview of each respective state, not the federal government.
Right. Some people need to be constantly reminded that voters in the highly Christian state of Mississippi voted down a law that said that life begins at conception as well as all human rights.

Mississippi is the most backwater trash state in the nation. Lowest education level. Impoverished. No surprise they are so stupid when it comes to understanding the rights of women's bodies.
I bet the people who want abortion banned feel the same way toward Mississippi from it rejecting a law that would give the fetus all human rights beginning at the moment of conception.
Some people against abortion only end up proving they lack common sense.
