Yeah sure. Why Republicans were screaming NOT when tax law was snuck through by both parties to require those inheriting taxable IRA's (mostly the owners kids) to empty those accounts within 10 years and pay taxes rather than based on their life expectancies.

The Republican party in MS did not need the say of the National Republican Party.

Frankly, I have no idea what your comment even means.

2022 elections, like 2021, will be sweet for GOP candidates.
"Adored"..............that's bizarre lol.

I absolutely agree with you but this is what it's come down to. It's up to the supreme court now. They just need to leave roe v wade in place.

I adore justices who adore the Constitution, as written, and seek to limit the role of centralized government.

They need to not leave Roe in place, as it was Federal overreach, and no more worthy of staying intact as Plessy vs Ferguson was.

If we can't take care of the hundreds of thousand kids already in foster then why would you want to add more. If we want them to be born then we have to pay for the mother's healthcare during her pregnancy and once the baby is born. If she's homeless then we have to pay for a safe place for her and her child. If she is unable to work then we have to pay more taxes for her welfare. If you want to do this then fine, but I don't want to pay for any of this.

Because Roe was not covered by the Constitution. It is a state's decision. Just as it was, properly, pre the bad Roe v Wade decision.

We need less federal intervention and more local control.

I was very pleased by the intense questions posed by our newest Strict Constitutionalist associates.

Local control equates to unequal rights, a patchwork. If rights are not consistent across the country, then why bother being a country, at all?

Our founding fathers properly knew local should rule, whenever there was not an overwhelming reason not to.

All powers not granted the federal government reside in the states. It's quite easy to knock those in power locally out if they fail to obey the will of the people in their regions.
