Their own bodies, yes. But abortion involves the killing of a human life that is NOT a part of a woman's body. The unborn child has completely different DNA.

If you believe that why are you insisting, it's an issue of states' rights?

That is totally illogical.......like most of what you post.

The unborn child is a separate human life per you.......but you want to give 50 states the right to decide when, where how it stays alive or doesn't. With all of them adopting different rules.

Sure, that makes perfect sense.

States' rights issue my rear. You will adopt whatever position is means to your end. We are onto you lol.

By the way the idea that a fetus is not part of a woman's body is ludicrous.

Because according to the pro-abortion/pro-choice contingent, an unborn child is just a clump of cells.

What a cowardly copout.

I've always thought so, but they say it none-the-less.

I'm just pointing out the fact that states can restrict abortion, just as they restrict 2nd Amendment Rights. Some will restrict rights a lot, others, not so much.

No one says an unborn child at 9 months is a clump of cells.

This is just IC's inability to justify her own twisted logic.

Well, you are failing at making any kind of relevant point.

Because that's where the pro-abortion/pro-choice contingent has placed this issue. What the pro-abortion/pro-choice contingent proclaim every time: State laws restricting abortion violate a woman's right to abortion.

Well, guess what... State gun control laws violate everyone's 2nd Amendment Rights. States can and do restrict rights.
