I read it and yes I understand there is some born with both sex organs, but I seriously doubt that this councilman is one of the few, also I take issue with some woke parents saying that they will let the child decide what gender they want to be.

I started reading it. When something starts with this: "In the birthing process, a medical professional will declare your baby a boy or a girl based on their sexual organs" you know you are reading junk.
