Anyone who thinks humans are going to control the weather is beyond help.
During the Jurassic period, we had up to 1800 ppm CO2.
If CO2 causes runaway warming which releases more CO2, then how did the earth ever reduce to today's temps and CO2 concentrations. Earth must have a buffer system to prevent runaway warming and on-directional CO2 rise.
Good luck getting the UN IPCC climate models to reflect how this actually happened historically. Their models are worthless. Their predictions based on their worthless models are absolutely worthless.
They didn't have humans burning fossil fuels and other greenhouse gases at steadily increasing rates back in the Jurassic period. What buffer system is going to stop the temperature increases, most of the increases and CO2 have gone into the oceans but that evidently has a limit not to mention the adverse effects on fisheries.
You have a great belief that some outside force is going to change this, I wonder if you can expand.

You're whining about the burning of fossil fuels, but what is your solution to keep the economy going if you want to eliminate oil & natural gas? Nuclear is fine, but where are you puitting the waste? Solar and wind are unreliable and wind isn't even environmentally friendly.
We need solutions not just complaints!!
EDIT: notice that "Goodnight" never responded with any solutions. The left never has a real, workable solution. They can complain, and that's about it.

The reality that they DENY is that we have centuries of fossil fuels and finding huge deposits constantly. Natural Gas is clean and readily available, especially here in the U.S. but the irrational, controlling Leftists demonize that too. They're just brainwashed idiots and reality DENIERS.

AOC is a Socialist, and that is her primary motivation behind everything. The Green New Deal reads a lot like the Communist Manifesto, with the occasional attempt to talk about something environment-friendly.
If the Left wants to be taken seriously about trying to help the environment, they need to start calling a spade a spade. Blathering on about racial equity had nothing to do with the matter at hand and when the Far Left keeps trying to inject their Marxist causes into everything, it accomplishes nothing useful.
