For example if I owned a two family home and one of the units was empty. And let’s say One day a socialist decides to kick in the door and move in. Declares to stay there forever rent free because he or she doesn’t believe in personal property rights. Would you socialist support that?

They are essentially already advocating that with rent moratoriums and wealth redistribution (money is personal property).

I have yet to see a socialist on this forum, honestly. You might not get someone who can answer that question here.

I believe in keeping power from concentrating too much into too few hands. I'd make it harder for entities like Blackrock to buy up large amounts of residential real estate by imposing higher taxes on anything under their ownership.

It's natural for power to concentrate upward and small entities to merge with large ones to form huge organizations... when they get too big they collapse and the cycle starts anew. It's almost a basic law of nature and can be seen in the animal kingdom. It's better to try to manage that as it's happening rather than wait for the bad results that come from a strong concentration of power or wealth.

Wouldn't socialism be the opposite? The large entities own everything? These large corporations essentially become wings of the government in time. There aren't that many vocal socialists on this forum. You might try reddit with this question except most of them are welfare dependents with not a lot of intellectual expertise on the subject but more like emotional rants that lack any historical factual basis.

Right. Where are the socialists?

As to the OP's question, I would call that person a squatter and call the police to evict the vagrants.

You struggle to find them on US centric forums/websites. We don't have politicians in this country who are really proponents of socialism.

Good luck trying to get anyone here to admit they're socialists, probably because the socialists aren't very educated and don't realize all their squawking about redistribution of wealth and how unfair it is that some people are rich, is socialism.

It also appears their situation may be lacking with regard to money, which is why they're highly motivated to get some of ours.

lol. So true. When I think of socialists, I think lazy. They are too lazy to work to be successful. They'd rather take freebies. What a great country this would become if most just decide to take take take. Where is the motivation to work hard and improve? We're going downhill at lightning speed.

You think? They are not too lazy to picket and protest and bully. And that's before they motivate their terrorist wings to burn and loot.
or am I conflating socialists with leftist liberals? But lazy to do real work, yeah.

Or are they the same thing?

I new a liberal once. A girlfriend. She actually liked the idea of having communist troops marching up and down the streets keeping people in order. She really did! She said it would be wonderful. She also thought having sex with someone of a different race would be so cool. She didn't realize how condescending and racist she actually was. She was in reality a socialist. She romanticized socialism and communism. Lived totally in a phantasy world.

I’m in a weird position in my life. I make a really good income for myself. Yes I own my own business. But I really don’t care about the money I make. I could make a lot more and expand and do things that are aggressive to make more money but I don’t want to. I have enough. I can eat anywhere I want, I can travel when I want, I drive older but pretty cool vehicles, but if I wanted to buy a new car every year I could, I don’t care about the latest cell phone or the newest TV, I do care about eating healthy and I do spend quite a bit on that. Because to me if you don’t have your health, it doesn’t matter how much money you have..

My point is, I could do one of two things. Get rid of half the people at work for me which is like eight, downsizing still live just as comfortable and content a life as I have now. But I keep my business at the level it is because I actually care about the people who work for me. Seven of them have been with me since the beginning days. So we keep things rolling and they make a good salary and everybody’s happy. You go telling me that I’m evil and that I need to give the few enjoyment and things that I have in my life? I will shut that baby down in a New York second. And then you can figure out How to support an offer a decent life to the seven people who worked for me since day one. I really don’t care! Wanna take my bone? Wanna take twenty years of hard work cause I make a bit more than you? I’ll just shut the whole damn show down. I don’t need anymore than I have.

And if you think I’m the only business person that feels that way? You are sadly mistaken. Do you think you’re just gonna beat the evil rich over the head and play Robinhood? What are you gonna do when there’s no rich left to take from? And I’m not even rich. I’m just OK. Who are you going to take from then? Lol
