How so? Did they openly state that they were? Or, did they just wear a Trump hat, like the antifa tweet claimed antifa attendees would be doing?
It is sad that you feel wanting to know the full truth is nothing but deflection, that people should just bury their heads and automatically believe what they are being told to believe without question ... but there ya go.
I wonder if Mike Lindell has any data packets on these goons who brutally assaulted them and then allowed him to calmly enter the elevator afterwards? Hopefully he has a whole symposium about it where he will reveal the aggressors, where they will turn out to be his illegitimate children who just missed their cocaine daddy.
Maybe he will offer up that 5 million to catch the culprits? Clearly he likes to renege on his offers so I wouldn't recommend anyone waste their time with this.
Perhaps he's planning an insanity defense for the Dominion lawsuit and this attack claim could be used by his attorneys in an attempt to prove his insanity.
I sincerely believe that his defense lawyers have discussed this option.
Insanity isn't really available as a defense in a civil case, just criminal.
thanks for the link. in defamation lawsuits the burden is on the plaintiff to show that the defendant knew ( or reasonably should have known ) what he was saying was false. here's where i think lindell's attorney's will argue he was in a manic episode and unable to know the truth. but.... maybe not. we shall see.
in sydnee powell's case her defense is arguing that a reasonable person wouldn't believe what she was saying was factual..... even tho powell believes it's factual.
i predict a lot of comedy gold to be coming from these cases.
well, the man that lindell described as having "the face of evil" ( in the OP's link ) has come forward to say there was no attack. he's jeff buongiorno, a republican congressional candidate from florida. lindell is doubling-down on his claim that he was attacked.
So now that we know Lindell lied, should we find out how many times he has also lied?
