Your vote here is useless. No one can compete with Santa Claus and the free money.

Too bad we didn't think of all this sooner.

Maybe all the dems who moved to Austin, Atlanta, NC, Orlando, and Nashville will go back to liberal hell holes.

Unfortunately, CO was ruined long ago and is not able to be salvaged.
Kinda sucks for libertarians doe.

Not sure why the desire to bifurcate and say you have to live in a lefty (not liberal) or conservative state when not everybody is so die-hard to be on one side of the fence or another. People are much more complex than the simpleton politics you see on cable tv. Why not have legal weed and open carry? Maximum freedom sounds good to me.

The govt is protecting itself with these laws. 'national security' and security of the govt are two different things and are not mutually exclusive.

You have to go down to the county sheriff's office and pass the requirements. I believe yours is in Kearny Mesa.

Just saying. I don't get my rights from political edicts or fictitious parchments anyway.
But as you see, from your link, the vast amount of shootings occur in Democrat controlled inner cities. Dems running around killing everyone. The answer is outlawing the sell of guns to Democrats

Now imagine if an armed citizen or two was present at El Paso Walmart during that mass shooting.....less innocent people would be dead. In any case, I hardly see anyone openly carrying, I carry concealed!

I have yet to see ONE person open carry here in Austin. I believe the consensus among most is: why show your cards before the game begins?

Funny how those concerns have not proven to be an issue in the approximately 20 more progressive states that have recognized the civil rights of their citizens. Pretty amazing isn't it? Yet the left-wingers continue to ignore history, to ignore science, and to lie and make up stories to justify stripping the civil rights from Americans. We're rapidly approaching half the states in the nation now being advanced enough to pass Constitutional Carry. Sad that we still have so many backwards, regressive states that do not do so, but given time, it might turn around.
