Why would anybody be jealous of Powell? he went to the UN and sold a war based on B.S. that killed 1 million people and got rich doing it and that was his height of his career. Before that he was senior military assistant to Secretary of Defense for Caspar Weinberger, another war criminal that went to prison for the Iran Contra affair and running illegal wars in Central America that killed countless of people. See a pattern with Powell? but you call Trump the shameless "killer"? thanks for the more laughs.
You think he gets a pass because he served in Nam and wore a uniform with a lot of shiny medals? There is a picture of Powell in a business suit shaking hands in President Nixon. He used his Vietnam service to get in the elite class in Washington and get very rich in the wars. He has been doing this for 5 decades after Nam. I'm a veteran, don't I wish to be in the elite class after my service and get rich selling wars at the expense of others and get a pass after I die.

It's highly appropriate for politicians to attack people they don't like, while they are still alive, but not right after they die.
