Prosecution flat out lied

Prosecution coerced their own witnesses into lying

Prosecution witnesses lied under oath

Prosecution withheld evidence

Prosecution changed evidence

Prosecution introduced testimony the judge had ruled inadmissible

...other than the fact he's a democrat

They won't. Prosecutors are almost never disciplined and the state bar is run by Democrats.

Now sure if they were honest and cared about the legal system, they'd go after the prosecutors.... but again, they are Democrats.

Prosecutorial misconduct charges are typically filed in cases where there is a wrongful conviction. In this case the defendant was acquitted so there is no reason for the defense to take it any farther.

I'm not 100% sure but I believe the judge could recommend that the Asst. DA be brought before the State Bar and held accountable for the stunts he pulled in the courtroom.

That said, it's over and the defense won so it might be better to just leave it alone even though that prosecutor deserves some kind of reprimand, and that still could happen.

Yes. Why is it that the media is seemingly protected now against committing libel or slander, but that some social media sites are so quick to censor those on the right?
