I have a feeling that nothing will happen, because Democrat.
However, I would be just as outraged about this even if the “shoe was on the other foot” so to speak; the prosecution was flat-out shady and the actions of the prosecutor need to be investigated. It’s one thing to have differences in political views, but another thing to be blatantly unethical in a situation like this.
You guys have some imaginations. Too bad they’re not grounded in reality.
Reality though says the most likely thing to occur is next he’ll get sued civility by the victims families.
They'd be really foolish to do so because he has a self defense justification verified by a court already. In a wrongful death suit, you need a wrongful death.
Now sure, they can attempt to bring that kind of lawsuit despite no chance of success, but they'd be open to a counter suit that likely WOULD be successful.....so they should probably just take the L and go away.
Prosecution coerced their own witnesses into lying
Prosecution witnesses lied under oath
Prosecution withheld evidence
Prosecution changed evidence
Prosecution introduced testimony the judge had ruled inadmissible
...other than the fact he's a democrat
In Wisconsin- no way.
You must understand that you are now living in a totalitarian state in which the rule of law is only used to punish enemies and does not apply to democrats.
It should happen. And many players in the news media should have their asses sued off for slander and inciting.
You really want to open that can of worms. They would all get caught up in it. Everyone including the Murdock owned media.
Most of them will be able to say they were quoting somebody. Although quoting an FBI agent in the Richard Jewell case didn't get the Atlanta Journal constitution off the hook
I have to admit I am astonished at white-right America's outrage at the prosecutors in this case. They clearly live in a different reality and have limited to no experiece with the so-called justice system. . This is what prosecutors do. They lie. They withhold evidence. They fabricate evidence. They bring up outrageous charges to force defendants to accept plea bargains for things they did not do. They encourage police to lie. They coach witnesses to lie. They take advantage of their relationships with judges. Justice in America is a joke. It is reserved for the rich and well-connected - and that too is an injustice.
If anyone should be fired it's the judge. Blatantly biased, kind of like the commenters on this thread.
How so? Please elaborate on this statement.
