One thing I liked about his TV show was that he obviously cared about having the respect of his kids (and his kids seemed like good kids) and he was beginning to lose their respect because they felt, even though they knew that he loved her, that he wasn’t showing their mother enough respect. That may have been part of the motivation to put a ring on it.

A female friend of mine was close to the Linkletter family. My friend’s boyfriend was working out of town, and was supposed to come back to escort her to a Linkletter family wedding but, at the last minute, he couldn’t get there, so she (after clearing it first) asked me to take her.
IIRC, when Art died, he and his wife had been married for 75 years.
Deceased tech billionaire Paul Allen sexually harassed employees because it was illegal and so 'forbidden' but he knew he could get away with it. All he had to do was pay massive settlements to the women, which were a pittance for him. Rules don't apply to the elites.

I'm not sure about the scrapbook. I did meet Jerry Buss about 17 years ago. I was playing Pai Gow Poker at a high limit game at The Mirage in Vegas, and he pulled up with a beautiful young blonde. He was probably about 70 at the time. He was very nice, sociable, while the blonde was fawning over him.
Well, at least if he catches something, he will be able to tell others they need to be checked.
