I highly doubt he is being truthful, for some guys, they think it makes them look cool, the more women they have had sex with...this is teenage mentality, most men outgrow it.
Even the Sultans of the Ottoman Empire did not have harem's this large, and that harem was well known.
No one in today's society, with the technology can someone keep this a secret for this long. Nor can it possibly get this large without raising eyebrows.

What did all these women think he wanted? They act like they were underage captives of some sort. Complaining that someone gave them alcohol and cocaine is ridiculous unless there is an assertion that it was forced on them.
Courts will decide. Seems like we might have learned by now that public opinion is easily manipulated and sometimes very, very far from the truth.
If he broke the law, the law should deal with it. Spreadsheets are not illegal.
This guy had a dungeon so he is into rough stuff but he is also a cruel and abusive person who seemed to take it too far.
Women can't expect to be treated like princesses with a guy like this. He dated hookers, strippers and women who cheated on their husbands with him. He wasn't going to respect them, and I imagine didn't respect anyone, but some men especially feel like they can mistreat women they can put into the "bad girl" category.
It wouldn't shock me if some of these sickos are conducting their own real life "squid games".
Also, 5,000 women would equate to one new sex partner per day for nearly 14 years straight! Absolutely insane.

When you think of all the people who were going along with it just for a few favors or to get a whiff of some of that tech money. Eventually some of these wackos get taken down but not before they take down a lot of people first and that includes people being disappeared.
I'll never understand having such a lust for money or power that would allow people to sell out or risk prison or even their own lives to be part of the web of someone like this.
I can hardly think of a bigger turn-off than a spread sheet of my previous partners.
