After the last 10 months did anyone really expect anything different?
The last thing they want is to show further division in the party by admitting that Biden is in trouble. Just imagine if 3-4 Democrats announced their intention to run in 2024 and they did this BEFORE the 2022 Mid-Terms.
Nothing says "We are running a successful administration" like having several people already announcing that they are going to compete for your job in 3 years. Now, after the sound thrashing the Democrats are very likely going to get in 2022, there will likely be a huge amount of pressure for Biden to announce that he will not seek a second term.
Wont happen. Its wishful thinking and avoiding chaos like Rakin said. Too many issues already and he will be only older by then. He sucks at his job anyway and has a cackling wacky ditz for a second in command. Imagine her as President. Frightening to think about.
