The person winning in 2024 will have a tough job. The country will be so damaged by then that cleaning up after Biden-Harris is going to be a thankless job.

This is a distraction. Why should other Dems be touted as a potential nominee now and divert attention away from Biden. Biden is essentially providing or being used as cover for other candidates. And not announcing he's running again would make him a lame duck president.
