The last thing they want is to show further division in the party by admitting that Biden is in trouble. Just imagine if 3-4 Democrats announced their intention to run in 2024 and they did this BEFORE the 2022 Mid-Terms.

Nothing says "We are running a successful administration" like having several people already announcing that they are going to compete for your job in 3 years. Now, after the sound thrashing the Democrats are very likely going to get in 2022, there will likely be a huge amount of pressure for Biden to announce that he will not seek a second term.

Yes, if the Democrats lose the House in 2022 mid-terms, then I would expect Mr. Biden to announce that he is not running for re-election.

My memory goes way back. I can't recall any President, save for President Johnson (whom knew he was toast due to Vietnam) announcing, in his first term, indeed, in his first year, of not running again for a second term.

In fact, if Mr. Biden had answered the question by saying "No, I've decided not to run", then I would buy in to the allegation that he is senile.

But, he is not, and so he answered as any rational person would expect him to.

As for Mr. Trump: I still think he will not run again. He is enjoying his fundraising. As he noted in one interview, if he announced that he is running, then he would be subject to Federal campaign laws, which he obviously believed would be harmful to him, for some reason.

Yet, if he announced today that he was NOT running, he would lose some of his 'kingmaker' status. Not all, but some.

Meanwhile, he keeps asking his supporters to contribute to his SuperPac or whichever it is; all while not spending any of it on Republicans. Odd.

Yet, not so odd.

The Dems are really gonna go through with this guy running again? Talk about out of touch. If hes demented now, Imagine 3-4 years from now.
Great news!!!!!! Whoever the Republican nominee is, they win.

Or he will tell people he is running for senate like last time. Folks with dementia tend to remember past details and events from long ago about their lives much better than recent details and events.

Lightbulb CNN says “Biden 2024 is a loser”

Biden running again is so much of a non starter that CNN says they already don’t support Biden running again. So it’s official that Biden will have to step down and is already a lame duck.

https://www.cnn.com/2021/11/22/polit...ats/index.html

How low will Biden’s ratings tank before the end of his first year in office? Record lows are predicted.

Brandon takes orders and directions from people heavily influenced by CNN, so he may not have a say in whether he runs or not. He will simply do as he is told to do.

Personally, I am hoping Brandon runs so the GOP is handed the easy victory. They could win by nominating a real potato instead of just a human with the IQ of a potato.

Yep. A Biden vs. Trump rematch for sure. Get ready to rumble.

Speaking of Brandon’s, Brandon’s poll numbers are far better than Biden’s.
