Carroll’s legislation would amend the state’s insurance code so that “a person who is eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine and chooses not to be vaccinated shall pay for health care expenses out-of-pocket if the person becomes hospitalized because of COVID-19 symptoms.”
in reality his legislation will create an out for insurance co’s to refuse payment for Covid treatments, while necessarily increasing health related bankruptcies.

There will be more lawsuits and this too will be struck down in court. These idiot Democrats never learn that they can't force people to get vaccinated.

Suggest a law that is way beyond the scope of their authority in order to nudge companies to do what they cannot, then once private companies start doing it, quietly retract their fake-out and point out that private companies can do what they like.
