Florida has the lowest death rate of any continental state.....0.09....lowest in the entire country...only Alaska is better

..so again...cases don't mean crap
You keep saying that Florida has the lowest death rate.

I see it ranking 16th out of 50 states.https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/country/us/

So you pick one day -- any day -- where Florida is the lowest and run with that for a week.

Yeah it doesn't work that way.

Not in that area. RP funding arena is in Polk County, FL. (Home to the best Sherrif) the heart of Trump / DeSantis country I-4 corridor. If cars are in line it's to get tested because they want to be tested.

I read a headline on Chicago Trib's website few days ago. I'm paraphrasing--a little:

"Cases surge in Illinois despite mask mandates". "Experts urge to stay the course".

And, yet, it's all "science".

And no one is talking about the airlines.

90-99% fully vaccinated. Vaccine MANDATES. Yet they are canceling flights because their employees have COVID.

Um, whaaat???

Hard to explain how this happened with all the testing. I see Florida Dept of Heath just announced they will change their testing policy to focus on symptomatic residents to unburden the demand for testing.

The governor's office had previously brushed off questions about the stockpile's expiration, but when asked during a press conference Thursday, the state's Division of Emergency Management Director Kevin Guthrie admitted that somewhere between 800,000 and 1 million tests had expired at the end of the year.

Employees who test positive cannot work regardless if vaccinated.

It's just a statement for headlines but nothing changes. No one at a testing site is going to argue with someone over the validity of testing, they will just do it.

Most of those drive-up test sites in Florida use contract nurses which means they are not going to argue with someone because the Governor said something. No one is going to die on that sword.

So nothing changed, everyone will get tested symptomatic or not if they want.

"has"...third person singular present tense of ‘have’...right now

"had"...third person singular past tense and past participle of ‘have.’....not just right now

Florida "has" the lowest death rate....with the exception of Alaska...in the entire country....right now....even though Florida has kept that position for over 2 weeks

Wom is counting "had"...all time

NYT is counting "has"...2 week running average...not one day....has is correct either way...even though it doesn't represent the same

We're coming to the end.....at least the end of any reasonable human being believing that any of this has anything to do with public health.

Covid cultists will remain, but there won't be enough of them. Every politician cares about one thing: getting re-elected.

Chicago is at war right now due to school closures. Everyone's up at arms and furious at the teachers union. When the covid "light" cultists start turning on covid "heavy", it's beginning of the end.

Tell me how the vaccine mandate is working.

Get rid of staff.

Test staff anyway.

Still don't have enough staff.

The vaccine mandate was supposed to ensure staff was healthy and working.

Is it???
