Guess who was president in 1982?

And guess what he did just 2 years later?

I don’t think Biden or Dems lose power though. Let’s face, a lot of this country is trying to scam around avoiding go back to work (oh it’s unsafe this nasty cold) . Why ditch a party that will keep handing out free goodies to the kids forever?

You know electric heat comes, in large part, from natural gas.....

Where do you live?

I went to my local grocery store twice in the past two weeks, and both times they had TP at 12 double rolls for $5.99 (one time it was Angel Soft and the next time it was the store brand).

I'd kill for 7% inflation in my businesses. My biggest supplier has raised its prices five times since Summer of 2020 to the tune of 38% increase. The price increase that goes in effect next month is 14% by itself. Cars are through the roof, building a house right now, and it's a ****ing joke. I've had to negotiate, threaten to pull out ten times throughout the process. Service is **** almost everywhere.

I've never seen such a disconnect between what one's paying for and what one gets for that money in return.

I have seen many items double of what they used to be. Not all but many. Everything I buy is always more money now.

If it was $2 it is now $2.50 and that is the low end of this Bidenflation. That is 25% inflation.

West coast and this was Bounty paper towels. The toilet paper is around that price you have (say $2-3 more) for a 4 pack.

100% the worst president of my lifetime. Raising a family on a single income has been much more difficult since Biden took over. Covid forced issues aside, Everyday prices of food and basic household supplies have gone up dramatically. Stock dwindled down to barely nothing, extremely long waits for healthcare, service based events, gas is over $3 per gallon, and heaven forbid you need to replace something of significance like an appliance or a vehicle.

Trump was a tool but we didnt have any of these issues that effect everyday working families like we have now. 3 more years of this mess and the working middle class will never recover

I am so sick of this BS and the overall corruption in America. Meanwhile, people live off taxpayers are getting raises in their handouts.

The Fed caused this inflation. Near 0% interest rates and they pumped nearly $15 trillion of created money into the economy.
They knew what they were doing.

And now they will raise rates. Just like they did last time they caused high inflation.
Might want to read up on Volcker and what he did. Prime rate went over 20% during that time.
