Probably other media outlets did not hear any startling or surprising comments made from the Pfizer CEO. I would hope a "fake" manmade virus doesn't cause illness.

You didnt quote the video in the tweet. You quoted the tweet from.... checks notes...... "Erin Elizabeth of Heath Nut News" who completely mischaracterized what actually happened.
