I'm not in the "we got him now" crowd. Knowing his power, and ability to rig just about everything, I prefer to wait and see what ACTUALLY happens.
But people claiming 6 years are being disingenuous.
He was in office and fully protected for four of those years, he's been out for 13 months, and things are not going particularly well for him. More fraud has been uncovered, the GOP is turning on him because they can't use him anymore, some (not all) of his base is turning away, and now it LOOKS LIKE he and his accomplice children are going to have to answer questions about their activities under oath. All that in under 13 months since he left office.
Personally, I don't think he'll ever see prison, and I'm fine with that, as long as he is not allowed back in office. But acting like nothing has happened is akin to putting your head in the sand.

I already posted recent articles from Forbes about his current cash on hand and debts, and others have posted links to articles about the loans coming due this year and next. Mazars put a crimp in his business by firing him. He is going to find it exceedingly difficult to obtain financing unless he goes to the mob.
What have you seen about his current financial position?
