Honestly, the woman looks like she is not even there mentally. Not paying attention to anything going on around her at all. And she is in one of the most powerful positions in the nation. Scary.
I think even if Poops would have said something about a volcano killing ten thousand people on an island somewhere, she would still have smiled and did the hand rub. Like I said, she was not there. It looks like Pelosi wasn't the only one that was bored to death with Biden's lies. I'd say when it came to the burn pits she had lost her place in the speech, heard a few claps and stood up to signal her people to do the same and then OOPSY.
When it comes down to it much of Biden's speech could have been given by Trump such as the pledge to bring back manufacturing to the "Rust Belt". When Trump said it we knew he would at least try to get it done but Biden? He is pandering and telling us what he thinks we want to hear.

Certainly wouldn't be anyone from the MSM. The Holy Trinity gets a pass (as do all dems in government). She could have been doing a strip tease up there and nobody in the media would even make a peep about it or ask anything.
The only thing I can think of is that she was reading the wrong script and thought Biden was going to announce he was taking everyone out for Ice Cream after the SOTU.
Regardless of party, these public offices already have a minimum age threshold - we need a maximum age threshold added. Tired of seeing these old battle axes whose faces are literally slipping off their skulls from age telling the country what's right for us. Step aside and let some fresh blood in.

We can dump blame on Pelosi, Biden, Trump, etc all day long...but ultimately, its US, (the people/citizens), that continue to allow this garbage to go on as it has for years...I dont get it? The Constitution gives the people the right to remove their govt from power if it becomes necessary, (and not by 'voting' either).
