Omg. Kids!!! Minors! Children who have been given instructions by parents. He had zero right ! Zero do you want some outsider to tell your kid what to do regarding his or her health ? The fact that some can’t even figure out if these are HS kids or college kids is telling. People just running in to argue for a side.
Its obvious mask bother DeSantis so maybe they should’ve found kids who don’t want to wear mask for this photo opt instead of trying to shame kids to take them off.
It was a bad look and shows that this dude doesn’t want it to be left up to the parents. He wants everyone to take the mask off and berated kids for choosing to wear them.
It does make him look so small. Here he is an adult castigating teens about wearing masks. How ridiculous. I don't understand. If people want to wear masks, let them. It doesn't affect another person's life one iota.

When I saw that the first thing that came to my mind was if he treats the children of strangers like that how does he treat the kids he knows? It made me uncomfortable I'm guessing their parents told then to keep their masks on when in a large group of people.
That was an awful display arrogance and bad manners by someone who should know better. I'm glad most of the kids behind him kept their masks on.
