Doesn't seem to be important anymore. Nobody's talking about it. The bot army was reprogrammed for Ukraine, I guess.

If that doesn't tell you that it was all just hysteria, nothing will.

I don't follow network news anymore... so maybe they're still mentioning it occasionally, but the bot army is clearly on Ukraine now, so the media likely is, too. The army just does as they're programmed to do.

Is the pandemic still a thing in your bubble? It's all but disappeared from mine.

The Democrats will bring it back if they need to.

I suspected this would happen as the war started to break out. News coverage was so heavy on this conflict that they started devoting less and less time to COVID, I predicted that soon the mandates would go away and people would start to forget about COVID. I'm sorry to say it took a large scale war for this to happen, but I'm glad we're finally getting over a lot of these inept rules and mandates that are more for show than anything else.

In Chicagoland about half of people in the burbs are still wearing masks in grocery stores as of last week. They are permanently mentally damaged.
Local news mentions Covid stats everyday.
Teachers union tells Lightfoot that mask requirement in schools must remain in place, it’s a part of their agreement and there will be “consequences” if lifted. They’re so stupid they’ll probably go back to virtual if masks are lifted. Neanderthals in the city.
MSM has moved on. Nothing matters other than Ukraine.

It’s on pause.
Right now Brandon & Co have the Ukraine invasion to distract and blame and keep everyone occupied. When(if) this thing fizzles out, covid & Fauci will be back with a vengeance.

Covid was a huge deal here in the free state of Florida for ~6weeks. Now, its fading away fast.

Seniors here on fixed incomes, & renters, have moved onto inflation worries, w/ Ukraine also in view.

Oh how I miss (N O T) all my little brainwashed friends here who kept telling me how scores of people were dropping dead in ER's and in critical care units all over the country while I actually work in those units and saw nothing of the kind. They were of course profoundly incorrect. Now they've moved on to something else to be profoundly incorrect about (Russia/Ukraine).

It’s in ‘remission’ for lack of a better word. Cycles of COVID going up and down has happened before.

But people are still dying from it and others are still living with the long haulers COVID after effects.

When dealing with a fast spreading unknown virus that has killed millions across the globe ‘hysteria’ is part of being human, nature of the beast if you will.
