We still have nearly 100 container ships floating off the coast of CA waiting to be unloaded.

But the union is only working 1 shift and non-union are not allowed on the docks.
Plus SF just passed a law that these container ships cannot sit in the bay..they must now go out to sea and wait.
Then you have CA truck ruling that won't let older trucks drive in the state.

You think those factors aren't playing into shortages ?

Of course they are. ALL products of GOVERNMENT regulation and/or incompetence.

The Government screws up everything it touches. It should stop touching stuff.

Well sure. But this is how you fight the negative economic effects of the Pandemic. Supports, moneys, low interest rates.

Coming out of the Pandemic - as we hope to be doing right now - IMO, and I said this 1 and 2 years ago - inflation would be almost a given as people and business resume normalcy.

And then of course the War.

It may be that Putin had to wait on his War until the Pandemic mitigated. You can't fight a War, or shouldn't fight a War, with an ongoing Pandemic. There would not be a zero chance that your troops could be paralyzed. Past epidemics and the military have been known bedfellows.

Well we certainly didn't let the 1918 pandemic change our policies for WWI.

Maybe a country far away that dropped the ball, but not one leader of a country.
All I am saying is you can't blame it all on one person. Maybe blame it on China >> covid >> reactions to covid >> people who reacted one way or another. On and on the blame goes. Around and around we go but there is NOT one person, not Biden, not Trump, not Putin, who is solely responsible for inflation. Maybe it's people's fears of shortages, who knows? We're living in strange times.

As POTUS, it's Biden's job to know that ****ting on POTUS is a national sport and being shat on comes with the territory.

Also. If you don't want people ****ting on you, then don't be **** at your job.
