Actually some 72 million were stupid , good thing the 81'million didn't fall for a brute bully.
As for the economy- stick to reason and logic. Places world wide were shut down. Less trades, less business. Then when the world re opened operations we had ( here in America anyway) a set of Americans that were petulant children. Refusing to work. Snubbing their noses at business rules.
Consumables slowly ramped up, travel started to boom, without the workforce to meet the needs.
Now you just take those half baked notions and rethink with logic.
I do think the current president can be accountable without being slammed by the bitter sore losers.

I have to laugh, there was a poster yesterday who referred to the Post as a "Liberal Rag" and when I pointed out how it is frequently the go to reference for the Conservative Right he could not believe it and yet today here you are.
The article provides opinion and conjecture but no specific policy that inhibits their ability to increase their production. There are 100's of available leases if there wanted, XL oil goes to China and ANWR would be decades away if and when it ever starts. Exxon made 23 Billion in profit last year, its worth it to them to keep production lean and as we all know supply & demand is pushing oil up not the reclosing of ANWR or not allowing the upgrade to XL. Canada has 2 coasts they are more than welcome to push through a pipeline if they like, we did it and partially because Canada didn't want us going across their country.

Joe, you went to war on petrol, the first day you were in office. You wanted gas to be super high, to push your EV's on us. Putin did you a big favor, and you love it. Gas is high the way you wanted it, and you now can blame Putin, to keep the heat off you.
