According to libs - only conservatives are allowed to eat crap sandwiches.
No laws have changed with this. Only federal oversight, and the fact that Democrats can't use the cover of the Supreme Court to enforce their preference. They may actually have to take a real position and vote on record if they want a real federal abortion law.
They can pass. They just can't be enforced. Easy to fix with a trigger clause. So why haven't they passed? Why are idiots screaming about laws that don't even exist?
My Lord, this idiot understands this, but they are ready to be passed as soon as R v W is overturned. You seem so hellbent on proving your point that this will have no impact on women's rights that you fail to see that, whether you agree or not, that a group of people's rights are being eroded.
And bc fails. I'm a guy and I know well enough to not lecture a woman on how their bodies work.
95% of unintended pregnancies are due to women VOLUNTARILY participating in unprotected sex. Sure sounds to me like they don't know how their bodies work.
The fetus (correct medical term) does in fact use the womans body to provide nourishment, oxygen, it puts a strain on her organs, muscles, ligaments.
Nothing in that statement is incorrect.
First of all, the only time a fetus gets into a mom’s womb without her consent is in cases of rape. Most of the time it’s invited in via the act of having sex.
Second the relationship between mom and fetus is far more complicated and complex than you are giving credit for. You’re painting it as the fetus taking form the mom without giving anything in return and that is 100% false.
You don't think a fetus is using the mother's body? Huh?
The mom’s body is also “uses” the fetus’ body and being pregnant protects the mom from cancer and Alzheimer’s among other things. It’s not a one way relationship. https://www.scientificamerican.com/a...mothers-brain/
So why aren't they? Why whine about it on social media when getting actively involved in one's own state's legislative process would be much more effective?
Because Roe V Wade is still in effect as of today. I’m not going to argue with you. I find this back and forth you all are having about this to be totally ridiculous.

That number is way off. 52% of unplanned pregnancies are due to not using any bc. The remainder is due to incorrectly using it or it failing altogether.
Funny how liberals pick and choose what constitutional rulings they like. They hate the electoral college but love R vs W.
They want things determined by democracy and popular votes right? Now they will have it when it comes to abortion. No constitution standing in their way.

They don't have to wait to be passed. They can be passed any time and then triggered into effect under specific circumstances.
So why haven't they passed? Maybe you should stop and think that there may not be enough state support to pass some of the laws over which some of you are prematurely losing your minds.
Much better to get active in your state's legislative process than whine on social media about something that doesn't even exist.
