Could be, but our federal government and Congress will no longer be distracted with the issue nor will our Supreme Court members be threatened. Our federal government needs to focus on those issues which actually threaten the general welfare of the United States such as:
importing, by the millions, the poverty stricken, poorly educated, low skilled, diseased, disabled, and criminal populations of other countries;
allowing deadly drugs to flood across our border;
inflating the nation’s currency to a degree its purchasing power is drastically diminishing and prices are soaring to unbearable levels for America’s families;
shutting down, by needless regulations, our country’s ability to produce cheap fuel and be energy independent, and even depleting our strategic oil reserve which is essential in the event of war.
All this in addition to the Democrat Party Leadership’s sexually grooming and propagandizing innocent and vulnerable grade school children.

How do you stop the drugs? The US has been trying that for decades with the end result that illegal drugs are cheaper than ever, and we have a huge law enforcement apparatus devoted to obtaining yet more money to harass innocent citizens through pretext stops and asset seizure.
Inflation is not that bad for those of us that lived through the 70's and 80's.
No oil production has been shut down through needless regulation. Besides, your needless regulation may be the one that prevents someone's ranch from being flooded with millions of gallons of brine.
Where is your evidence that Democrat leaders are grooming children?
What's your solution to illegal immigration, especially for people whose countries are crime ridden and unsafe due to decades of bad US policies in Central America? Is your only response to a woman whose husband and sons have been killed by gangs "it's bad to be you"?
It is absolutely frightening how the issue of abortion, which is obviously one of the most emotionally charged issues imaginable, and one which is within the powers reserved to the States and people therein as documented in Federalist No. 45, has encroached upon our federal government to such a degree that not only have members of Congress been threatened over the issue, but now Supreme Court Justices have been threated, and even by a member of our Senate!
Our country has been tortured at the federal head by the Roe vs Wade court for almost fifty years. And it’s time for our Supreme Court to do its job, abide by its oath of office to support and defend our Constitution and end this ongoing torture at the federal head and embrace the wisdom of our Constitution's mandated federalism, a big-tent system and have each State and the people therein, set their own hometown rules as our Constitution commands under the Tenth Amendment.

You keep repeating the 10th Amendment stuff, but that argument has no basis in the Constitution. Roe merely said that there is an implied right to privacy, and enforcing abortion bans denied equal protection.
I still see no compelling state interest in preventing abortion, unless torturing women by forcing them to carry a pregnancy to term is a compelling state interest. It's not.
The atheist worldview is impossible to live. Every country run by atheists that makes atheism the law of the land experiences nothing but misery, suffering and death. Atheism is impossible to live. Look at our economy right now. We are headed for a Depression due to atheist policies. All Democrats believe in evolution which makes them all atheists. Our countries crime is out of control. Our economy is collapsing. Supply shortages in America is something new atheists have introduced in attempts to destroy Christianity. But during Trump, we never had supply shortages and our economy was booming! We can live that. We just can't live atheism. We cannot afford atheism.
My family was 1st generation America. We fought in all wars America ever had. A family member served under Lincoln during the Civil War and yet atheists call me a racist just because I was born with white skin. So fighting against slavery is not enough. I have to spit on my family heritage to please atheists. Atheism is a mania to the mind. It's impossible to live.
A nation run by God's word - a Christian nation - would be a successful nation. That's what I believe. While I always support the Constitution, I also believe the Constitution failed as an experiment, obviously. We cannot look around today and honestly say the Constitution was successful. No, it failed. But Socialism is not the answer. This nation needs a day of repentance and prayer. We have lost our way as a people. Only true repentance to God will bring this nation back from the dead.
Most European countries are effectively atheist, and very successful. People are happier, less crime, robust economies.
It's time people in the 21st century stop having imaginary friends first postulated by a group of ignorant, superstitious, Bronze Age uneducated, itinerant desert goat herders telling tales around camp fires at night.
Women's rights are women's rights, the size of the country/state is irrelevant.
Abortion was not covered by the founding fathers, who granted states to have control on all rights not explicitly granted the federal government.
