men have no say at all? this is a bizarre comment. So men cant control themselves with something as basic as sex, but we, the people, entrust our leaders, most male, with the nuclear button. Oh good.

There are a limited number of people who have access to that kind of paperwork.

Bring out the polygraph machine and line them all up !

Men made the original Roe V Wade decision.

The left also claims that men can get pregnant so maybe it’s appropriate?

But at least you are getting at the real issue. Almost everyone agrees women should be able to control their own body. Except for the Kevorkian Democrats almost everyone else agrees murder is wrong.

And you can't argue that a fetus is not life. The issue is when does human life and when do human rights begin.

Roe was basically a piece of legislation saying life began at 6 months, which was roughly viability at that point in time. Now viability is earlier.
That is the conversation we need to have as a society.

At some point along the nine month pregnancy, everyone of us will have an opinion when abortion should not be allowed for a healthy baby by a healthy mother.

For most people the second trimester is where they draw the line, for an elective abortion of a healthy baby by a healthy mother. For some it's after conception. For others it's permissible for a mother to kill her baby even after birth. Somewhere along that nine months we as a people will come up with a decision.

Lately many people claim to not even know what a women is because they are not biologists.

Well on banning abortion they sure are in agreement, that is how we got to this point it was the republican dominated senate. This is what they wanted, this is what Trump wanted in spite of the fact that a majority of Americans support the right to abortion. They want their states to control women and impose their will. They were also fairly unified against the ACA and pro-gun.

We needed this opinion like a hole in the head for a country that was already severely divided, this is just throwing gasoline on the fire.

I am an independent conservative who is 'pro-abortion,' although I hate to frame it as such. The decision to abort a pregnancy should be made between a woman, her doctor, and her God, whatever/whoever that may be. I've never believed this 'issue' has a place in political discussion or as a platform for one party or the other.
No need to think of yourself as pro-abortion. Few people are. Those that are, though, are women who want to get an abortion and their doctors who wants to give them. What you are is pro-abortion rights.

You must be a man.

Men CANNOT carry a child. They have no idea of what it does to a woman or how hard a pregnancy can be on a woman's body. They don't have to care for it. They get to walk away. Most aren't even involved in the baby's life anyways.

Why don't we make a law that the father of this child that is being forced to be born pay $1000 a month in child support for 18 years and if they can't afford it, they be in jail for 18 years instead???

I bet this whole shyt would immediately stop.
