Zealots in any religion on the Supreme Court are dangerous because they can't be reasoned with.

Perhaps it is the zealots who do not like the rule of law and sanity?

You will find out how "popular" you and your fellow radicals actually are in November. In the absence of voter fraud, the balance of the nation is sick of liberalism.

Shouldn't City-Data be blocking these bots?

But we can also say the US and world has nearly collapsed since the Democrats took over.

I believe it. The majority on the court has decided it's a one-issue body, and that issue will be dealt with at all costs. Doesn't exactly instill confidence in its ability to uphold the law of the land.

If that "one-issue" is to enforce the text of the constitution, and its documented legislative intent which gives context to its text, is that not a good thing considering each member has taken an oath to support and defend "this Constitution"?

Poll: Confidence in Supreme Court has collapsed since conservatives took control

TRANSLATION: Far-left liberal fanatics hate hate hate the Supreme Court for returning issues to the democratic process to the people, rather than letting stand unconstitutional past decisions that took those issues away from the people and imposed dictatorial orders on the people instead, that they could not debate, campaign, or vote for.

We have always had conservatives on the court. These "conservative" people are incompetent and partisan. Their oath, like Trump's, was a charade.

So if Sanders didn't torpedo Hillary campaign in 2015 and she defeated Trump and was elected to the presidency and was able to appoint three liberal justices to the court would you still be saying the same thing or would feel a tinkle down you leg every day.
But actually you are wrong about the majority siding on one issue items as proven by Roberts siding with the three liberals on issues like the Obamacare tax mandate.
