IDK why some think it is ok to indoctrinate a kid with their personal views - teachers should be fired instead of just barred from pushing their politics and beliefs - why all of a sudden, did teaching think it was ok to move from the basics to indoctrination.
Bingo

Not correct - Assault gun is really a made up term, mostly defined by looks not function - many do not seem to understand that getting rid of assault guns if defined by function would really involve getting rid of about 75% of all rifles.

Roughly a third of Australians are gun owners, with an average of four apiece. They have had two mass shootings since 1996, five people in a murder-suicide, and seven in another incident in 2018.

The United States has had 27 school shootings in 2022 alone.

It is clearly people unable to carry children (Ie, don’t have a uterus) who have fantasies of infanticide. Seems to be all wrapped up in the sick perversions of controlling other people’s organs.

Pregnancy is not fun. If you do not want to be pregnant, you absolutely want to access a SAFE abortion ASAP. You are not going to waste/invest almost an entire year of your life being in physical and mental distress- which pregnancy is for most but it is not PC to talk about.

Imagine starting a paranoid thread about “coming for our guns†after ripping human rights away from almost half the country and pretending to keep up this “pro-life†BS after a new batch of “life†just got gunned down?

If the question/vote was “give up your guns and women stop having abortions,†it is 100% clear what the majority would vote. As soon as any “life†requires one single thing from a “pro-lifer,†that doesn’t include lip service or virtue signaling, or punishing women and their children for fornicating, that’s too much. Yet they expect people to endure pregnancy and risk their lives in the process and wonder why they are called the party of hypocrisy.

You need to go back and actually read 1A before you make ridiculous statements. A response like that means that you either don't have a clue what 2A means, or you have no facts to counter my argument.

Only difference would be that now states could make such laws. They had that authority (if they wanted to take it), on the first day the original Const was ratified. But when the Bill of Rights was added a few years later, the 2nd amendment took away the states' power to restrict or ban guns.

The 14th amendment didn't change that, since the 2nd amendment already extended to all governments in the U.S.
Interesting point. So we should repeal the 2A and throw the decision back to the states, right? Supposedly that is what SCOTUS is doing with respect to abortion. Then each state can decide for themselves how much restriction to put on abortion and gun rights.

All you states rights fans are on board with repealing the 2A then, right?
