"over minor offenses".

meaning they shouldn't go into kill-mode because a black kid jaywalked and ran off.

Dems have ensured the gang member vote!!!!!!!
They are coming across the former border at an alarming rate.

LL will get another term if the gang members vote.

No chase rule is beyond comprehension.

LL is putting the police out of a job. Takes away their responsibility except to assist traffic control at funeral processions and parades.

Watch the death toll rise!!!!!

How my conversations about crime and policing and homicides in Chicago have gone on this forum:

Me: Wow, murders are up over 60% from 2019.
Poster: It's because of the guns, the straw purchases.
Me: But they had guns before why the increase?
Poster: It's the guns.
Me: But then why doesn't most of the city have 40+ murders per 100k people? Heck many areas only have 1 a year per 100k people.
Poster: We need stronger gun laws.
Me: Won't the illegal drug smuggling gangs just still get guns?
Poster: It's the guns.
Me: Chicago had as many mass shootings in 2021 as the next 3 highest cities in the US combined. Seems like that's something they could address.
Poster: It's the guns.

*sigh* Ok, well enjoy your drive-bys.

If the people in Chicago want free fire zones, and they want crime without repercussions, then by God, they should have them.

The days of me caring that 50-100 people in Chicago got shot in a single weekend are long over.
