The latest Marquette Law School Poll Supreme Court survey was conducted July 5-12, 2022, shortly after the last decisions of the October 2021 Supreme Court term were released. The survey interviewed 1,003 adults nationwide and has a margin of error of +/-4 percentage points. The sample includes 853 registered voters, with a margin of error of +/-4.3 percentage points.

The July results show that Republicans have slightly increased their advantage over Democrats in enthusiasm and projected turnout, compared to May, as shown in Table 2. In July, the percentage of Republicans very enthusiastic to vote rose 8 percentage points, while enthusiasm rose 3 percentage points among Democrats. Similarly, the percentage saying they are certain to vote in November rose 5 percentage points among Republicans but 2 percentage points among Democrats.

The enthusiasm gap between the parties is a substantial 18-percentage-point Republican advantage, while the certainty of voting shows a smaller 5-point Republican edge.

This is so strange. All you see on the DNC propaganda outlets/MSM and social media is how abortion is going to save the Democrats in the midterms.

The truth is the exact opposite - giving pro-lifers a significant victory has made them even more motivated to vote while depressing the pro-abortion voters.

It would be nice if the DNC/media wouldn't lie about EVERYTHING, but that will never happen.

It has motivated pro choicers enough to possibly tip in any 50/50s.

I rather doubt it will make OH go blue short of earth shaking scandal.

Hard pro lifers are somewhere around 1/4.

Hard pro choicers are somewhere around 1/4

Unrepresented are the people who are pro choice to say 12 to 20 weeks.

I think the overturn of RVW will energize the Dem base and prob some moderate Republicans to vote against Republicans.

I have conservative friends that may vote Democrat at the state level but they won't abandon the federal Republicans.

I don't think it will shift much at the federal level.

It should not affect federal elections, as the issue of abortion is strictly a state issue.

It will galvanize both sides. I thought it might hurt Republicans but it seems people are more interested in voting now that they feel like they have a say. For example, prior to Roe being overturned a very pro life person might think “why bother voting if the court will just overturn any pro-life initiative?” Now they might vote thinking there’s a real chance of making some progress.

You think that because that’s the DNC narrative, repeated endlessly on social media and the MSM. I just gave you a poll that disproves the narrative.

Yes - this is the elite establishment strategy. Create the narrative instead of deal with what's true - and make the minority seem like a majority and hope the sheep will fall in line.

This is why you will not see abortion in Congress. They KNOW the majority of people don't like abortion.

Repeat after me Lefties:

Roe V. Wade won't save you. "JANUARY 6th!!!" won't save you. "Climate Change!" won't save you. And "RACISM!" certainly, most definitely will not salvage the fiery stinking carcass your Party has devolved into.

Judgement day approaches.

Tick tock.
