How does anyone know he didn't declassify all of it before he left office?

Furthermore, as Yale Law correctly states, POTUS has wide discretion on how the PRA is implemented AND the PRA has no enforcement mechanism whatsoever. The FBI raid is totally illegal and illegitimate if it was based on either classified documents or supposed PRA documents.

Perfect. Ask Trump to release what they took, so he can prove they weren't classified.

The democrats posting here know that their ilk are protected while they’re in charge. Your point is mute.

A crime is a crime is a crime.

So what you're saying is that these Democrat posters have consistently said that Biden, Hunter, Hillary, Pelosi, Swalwell, Fauci, Birx, etc. have committed crimes or crimes against humanity. They all think they should go to jail?

That's the bottom line, and obvious to all. The regime can't be stopped unless the republicans win the mid terms, and win big.

Exactly. Just like the Democrats know they can commit voter fraud in the blue cities and states, because the people committing it are the same people who are supposed to be prosecuting it.

Incorrect when it comes to POTUS. POTUS has carte blanche to declassify anything he wishes up until he leaves office.

Hunter is under investigation for tax evasion. If the DOJ is not investigating him, maybe they looked and found nothing to investigate, and the whole Bannon/Rudy laptop story is a complete fabrication. Look into it.

I don't understand why some people are so quick to excuse obvious wrong doing. He could have just returned the documents and avoided all this mess.
And Hillary could have not destroyed a private server with 30k emails and over a 100 hundred classified documents, but she did.

Got a link to the footage of the FBI raid on her house, or the Clinton Foundation offices? Oh no, you don't, because Obama made a speech where he said yeah, she did it, but it was a goof, not criminal, so like whatever and stuff.

The FBI came out said yeah, she even had email chains on her private server that were classified at the highest levels our security clearance system has, but then he did like Obama and said but you know, she is sorry and stuff.

AND NONE OF YOU SAID D**K AT THE TIME.

I already admitted there is a valid legal basis for their raid, minus their violation of his 4th and 5th amendment rights by not allowing him and/or his legal counsel to witness and film the search and seizure. But I also made the point and will continue to make it that almost all of the people suddenly so hardcore about the minutia of classified material law are rank freaking hypocrites because damn near none of you gave two figs when Hillary was hoarding unauthorized classified materials on unauthorized, illegal storage devices. The President and the FBI director told you she was guilty and then said but seriously, have a heart, she means well.

AND YOU SAID NOTHING.

So fine, "get Trump!" If he broke the law, charge him, prosecute him, afford him due process, and if a jury of his peers finds him guilty beyond reasonable doubt, then sentence him. Great, grand, terrific.

But do not dare try to pretend that you are this passionate about the rule of law, because NONE OF YOU cared when it was Hillary, none of you care now about the mountain of evidence that points to Biden selling the Oval Office to China and Russia via his family's shady dealings, and none of you seem to care that Hunter Biden is a bagman for selling US security to highest bidders.

You hate Trump, and you want Trump destroyed. Just say that and be logically consistent and intellectually honest. Stop it with this newfound love for the rule of law that simply did not exist when Obama ran the White House or when you thought Hillary might.

You wouldn't want them to release info on everyone they investigate ... being that some investigations do not result in charges for a crime. Innocent until proven guilty, you know.
Really? Well, 5 years of history says that is pure BS, at least when it comes to Trump. Even Comey admitted to the FBI leaking classified information.

Your democrat criminals in congress stood before the TV cameras and promised they had irrefutable evidence of Trump’s “collusion” with Russia, AS THE TWO YEAR MUELLER INVESTIGATION WAS OCCURRING. It was nonstop, daily talk, and of course pure bovine excrement.

How soon some forget.
