The effort needs to be ratcheted up and needs to move beyond making a political point to being an agent for opinion change at the main centers of the open borders mantra. NYC needs to offer a free trip to Texas to its homeless as well as criminals.. Trading a willing to work immigrant for a drug addict seems like a winning strategy.
No offense to Texas, but why on Earth would a homeless person want to go there? Would you rather be a criminal in NYC or Texas?
