Another in an endless series of stories about entitled people who feel their student loans should all be forgiven, regardless of the circumstances.

The lady in this case appeared to take out additional loans on top of the original loans, in order to stop payment as a form of protest? Whatever that means.

I would not be surprised if she used some of that money to fund her personal expenses and lifestyle all those years and now wants to be forgiven of all of it. Ludicrous beyond words.

One of Richelle Brooks' dreams is to send her two children to college without taking out any loans. She knows firsthand how taking out a loan to pursue higher education can amount to crippling debt.

"My daughter wants to be an anesthesiologist. My son wants to be a computer engineer. Two little Black kids want this for their future," Brooks, 35, told Insider. "And this country is telling me it's impossible for me to get them there. It's a terrible, hopeless feeling."

Brooks borrowed $203,000 collectively to attend undergrad, graduate, and doctoral studies. And over the years, has accumulated over $30,000 in interest.

"Yeah, $240,000," Brooks said.

She has an Ed.D from Cal State and racked up $203,000 in student debt? Yeah, something is fishy there. He entire shtick is student loan dismissal and how student loans to blacks are racist. I would think just the opposite is true.

She just doesn't want to pay. She wants a free ride at taxpayer expanse. She took out the loan and she should pay it back.

Also, she seems to be insane:

Brooks decided to continue to go to school because she could not pay back her loan, a personal method of striking that she's been doing since 2012.

If you sign for a loan it should be paid back. What is next free home because the mortgage is too much. All mortgage debt should be wiped out. Free vehicle..when does personal responsibility happen.

She should have majored in finance.

Get the feds to stop guaranteeing these loans and watch how fast the "crisis" ends.

Well if she can just wait another 10 years of being a deadbeat, I'm sure a future Dem will "cancel" another $10K.

Then she'll be down $220K, better than nothing!

Are student loans like credit card interest or a fixed rate mortgage?

I do not understand how people who cannot do simple arithmetic can get into college.
