I tend to think our country is more than the question on if a person can get unfettered elective abortion or not but okay. Also, we’re not going backwards, you just believe forward progress is only in one specific direction and other people disagree. Plurality is pretty much how our country is designed and there’s way too many people who seem to forget that notion.
I have to laugh at these pro-abortionists. It's mostly the liberal left that are pro-abortion and out of the other sides of their mouths they claim we need immigrants because our population is shrinking and we need more people to work and boost our economy. Yeah, let's kill off American babies and import immigrants to replace them.
There was no need to decades ago as Americans united themselves naturally. There were some political and social differences but for the most part we were civil to one another and accepted those differences without the name calling and hatred that we are seeing today. Our country has gone too far radical left to be able to repeat the unity of the past.

I believe that he could have addressed some of the concerns without talking about anti-MAGA. Republicans identify as 'MAGA' to some degree. Sure some are more extreme than others. But most definitely it was a divisive attack and might be okay with Independents and the Democrat base but will do little to sway Republican voters.
Back in 2020 many Democrats felt Biden didn't attack enough -- now he is. I don't care for it but it seems to be the political climate in the USA right now.
And each side blames the other side with all kinds of feelings to back up their feelings.
There was no such thing as Red States or Blue States. In fact, Red and Blue were only recently assigned to political parties. In the 2000 Election, George W. Bush was assigned the color blue.
Biden has been divisive, not a uniter, and last night didn't help.To be fair, Trump was not great at uniting, but he may have been better had there not been a Russian hoax pushed as a coup attempt.
43% of Americans think a civil war is at least somewhat likely within 10 years.
66% of Americans think the country has gotten more divided since Biden has been in office.
63% of Americans think the country will be more divided in the next few years.
Defend the Constitution and the Founders beliefs in a small Federal government. We haven't had a President do that in my lifetime.
