Or the case of Johnny Hurley in Arvada Colorado who witnessed a gunman ambush and kill a cop outside a police station. So he immediately pulled out his concealed handgun and killed the gunman. Then three cops inside the police station who had been cowering in fear watching it all unfold, just like those cops in Uvalde, Texas, decided that he was a second gunman, so they came out of their hiding place and shot and killed the good samaritan without any warning.
But it's just a few bad apples, like every day.
Romans 13 and what the authorities He established over me have done to me and what they have done to others have taught me God's true character. The promises have been proven to be lies. I hate liars.

Update on the matter:

Weld County District Attorney Michael Rourke dismissed the felony second-degree assault charge against Officer Jordan Steinke on Thursday, court records show. The officer is still facing the less serious charges of attempted reckless manslaughter, which is a low-level felony charge, and reckless endangerment, a misdemeanor.
She [Yareni Rios-Gonzalez] was taken into custody that night after a report of road rage, and was later charged with felony menacing in connection with those allegations. That case is pending, and Rios-Gonzalez is due back in court for a disposition hearing on May 25.
The charges against Vazquez, who parked the vehicle on the tracks, remain pending as charged, court records show. He is facing five misdemeanor counts of reckless endangerment, as well as the petty and traffic offenses of parking where prohibited, careless driving and obstructing a highway.
Rios-Gonzalez also faced charges stemming from the road rage incident prior to police pulling her over. She entered a no-contest plea earlier this month to misdemeanor menacing, according to The Association Press. She will avoid jail time if she follows the conditions of her deferred sentence, KMGH reported.
While I don't think the cop had intentionally put her into a car because she knew that a train would hit it, I'm not buying the cops excuse for putting her into that cop car, and apparently the judge didn't buy it either.

"It was incredibly dark. I was miles outside of my jurisdiction," Steinke told the court. "I was fairly certain that that particular stop was going to end in a gun fight. I never in a million years thought a train was going to come plowing through my scene."
She claimed she would not have put Rios-Gonzalez in the vehicle if she knew it was parked on train tracks and that she had "trusted" that the Platteville police officer's vehicle "was in a secure location at that time."
