Between the Twitter Layoff/Student loan blocking/Abortion blocking and other things they just keep giving the Dems and swing voters more ammunition to run to the polls . Its gonna backfire on the Right. Guaranteed. How much of the MAJORITY voters do they want to galvanize to P** off? Republican voters are minority as it is. You really think most America struggling with inflation, economic fears and a housing shortage care about 8k employees of a tech firm......Anybody who would is already voting Dem. Well maybe somebodies Mom will change their mind if their kid has to move back in with them after losing their job.....
This is why I keeep bringing up class soldidarity.
While people dealing with inflation on one side of the economy sees twitter workers as something separate being affected, they don’t realize that it is workers trying to pay rent who are now even more affected because now they’re without a job and have to scramble to find another job in order to make rent.
What your not realizing and seeing how we are all expendable, and if you don’t speak out for others, there won’t be anyone else to speak out for you.
Because the unflation is caused by the same people.
Oil for example, they artificially inflate the price and lower production to make record profits at the cost of those very same people struggling with inflation and even more so for those people who lost their jobs because some rich guy is having a mid life crisis.

Companies get bought, companies get sold. People get laid off. It happens. Pretending that this is some earth shattering occurrence is NONSENSICAL. Just pure idiocy.
If they WERE smart, they would've seen the writing on the wall this year and found another job. As it stands with the information that is currently pubic, they will either keep their jobs OR get paid until February 2 for NOT WORKING.

Tell that to the autoworkers, steelworkers, miners, oil field roughnecks, glass bottle workers, electronics makers, lumbermen, construction workers (more recently due to the unchecked immigration race to the bottom) who've been losing their jobs and seeing their factories close for sixty years.
A lot of them can work at the truck stop cleaning toilets, just to "keep busy" don't you know.

7,500 jobs is literally nothing. Most of those jobs will be replaced by competent people anyway.
No they won't be replaced. He's shorton cash. He bought an overvalued company and now is seeing diminsing revenue as advertisers hold their dollars to see what he does with the company.
We have no clue how many people were laid off or going to be.
I highly doubt people are going to factor in the world's richest person buying a social media company into their voting calculus. Whatever the guy is hawking, I'm not buying, whether it's government subsidized electric cars, twitter, or colonizing Mars. He does have this endearing quirky charm though.
