Laxalt is not all that popular, some Nevadan's resent him using the Laxalt name, his father was Pete Domenici, a Republican politician from New Mexico. I'm surprised that he did as well as he did, Adam ran for Governor of Nevada in 2018 Sisolak beat him by over 39,000 votes.

The recount in CO-03 was made official yesterday following the final county canvas results being due to the SOS office at the end of the day on Wednesday. With Boebert up by 554 votes the recount is not expected to change the results. In fact most outlets have called the race for Boebert and Democratic candidate Adam Frisch has conceded the race. However it is mandated under Colorado law since the margin is within 0.5%. The due date of the recount is EOB on Tuesday December 13th.

For those interested in California's 13th district which is the last remaining uncalled district (and currently the 2nd closest race in the country behind CO-03), county results are due to be certified by December 8th, with the SOS certification on December 16th.

Some outlets have called CA-13 for Republican John Duarte who holds an approx 555 vote lead. This will give the GOP a 222-213 advantage going into the next Congress, which will technically be 222-212 at the start following the recent passing of Democratic Congressman Donald McEachin of VA-04.

Oh I might be wrong.

So now I see why they hold onto the last two House Seats.

Republicans will win the both of them, so the final count won't be 221-214, but rather 222-213.

Cool.

No one is 'holding on to the last two house seats" In CA-13 the AP called it for Duarte yesterday and Gray conceded. I'm not sure why anyone would try to turn slow election results into the basis of a conspiracy

Just the way some people roll. Bogeyman around every corner. Gotta keep the lie going, at all costs. Eventually, enough fools will believe it.

That's sad, it used to be people were disappointed if their candidate didn't win, but now it appears that if their guy/gal didn't win it has to be because of fraud. I never would have guessed that it would come to this...

His mother is a Laxalt. So they resent him because his mother and father weren't married ??????
