What about the new Illinois state legislation of no bail?, that'll have an impact.
Ironically, the very same posters who complained about this one in the Illinois section, voted for him anyways.
People who complained about his abusing the emergency powers act with curfews and face diapers in 2020, voted for him anyways.
I can only guess it was for the same reason I did, the other guy was simply too far right.
But I cancelled my governor vote, by going all red on the remaining ballot; so JB can't pass anything.

Voting has become more challenging, at least if your agenda is to create balance in the system; a system that no longer can work together for our greater benefit.

life long NYer here.

Just my guess. Some dem voters like getting “free stuff”. Handouts for stimulus for everything imaginable. Student debt forgiveness. more free housing. At the end of the day, someone have to pay

Other group I think are pro choice and woke crowds. I do wonder if younger gen even know the history of the stuff they are protesting about

I ssupect bad candidates on the opposition with no real agenda to solve the problem.

If the winning candidate is bad.....the most likely reason they won is because the other candidate is perceived to be worse than them.

Democrats willing to sacrifice lives to forward their political agenda.

Ask why would any person would prefer to live in crime ridden areas that are more like war zones and pay suffocating energy prices and foot the bill for millions of illegal aliens and the only conclusions.... they are selfish and don;t mind the destruction of the country and loss of national security.

It's no coincidence that people have been leaving these cities and states for years. Not just during the virus. It's been going for the better part of a decade at this point. These are also high cost of living states. So either they pay extremely well OR someone else is paying for their life. Which means they're not going to vote out their cash flow.

Give me a break. Crime is under reported by the media, due to racial bias.

My young medical partner (black-born and raised in Queens) is shocked at how violent the city has become. I'm not.
