Oh wait, I bet you're confusing the cost to build the wall with the more than $100 billion that it costs the taxpayer to support the illegals in this country every single year.

Why are you good with spending more than $100 billion every single year to support those who are here illegally?
When you throw in the Trump corruption factor, the wall gets very expensive. That $100 billion claim of cost has no basis in reality.

No, that's not ignoring immigration law. If they are released into the country with a court date, then there is a statute somewhere that allows that.

Show me the statute that says foreigners can cross our border illegally (without claiming asylum) and be lawfully allowed into our country. I'll wait.

What invasion? There are no armed troops from another country trying to cross our borders. That's exactly what invasion meant at the time the Constitution was written. And the right in this country is always so big on "originalism" with respect to the Constitution.

How many times do you have to be told that is doesn't have to be an armed invasion to be an "invasion"?

Immigrants arriving in large numbers is not an invasion under the Constitution.

there's a reason why we don't have US Marines and 82nd Airborne Division at the southern border to shoot the invaders on sight
This *is* an armed invasion.

The arms are in the hands of the US government, which will kill or imprison any American who tries to stop the invaders.

There are armed troops protecting the invaders. The armed troops are those of the US government. It is an invasion in every sense of the word, now and as it was understood in 1789.

They aren't "immigrants" they are illegal aliens that have been sneaking into our country for decades by the millions and that's why it's an invasion!
