I always felt that there is intellectual property that competitors of his business interests would love to have.

He is the first presidential candidate in a long time that actually worked and had multiple business interests before entering politics. Most have been sucking on the government teat so have nothing of much interesting in their returns.

laughable that none of your choices are as simple as "took advantage of tax writeoffs/deductions/loopholes that Congress has put in place".
