Someone who considers their home to be America. Would that include Mexico or Canada or Venezuela, though? What about Hawaii? Confusing.

Doesn't matter, because the truth is, there's no such thing as "The United Provinces of America". If there were such thing, then one could think of how to distinguish them from the US Americans.
