I'm not surprised he is being Sued again. He can't seem to keep his mouth shut about this case.
If you didn’t do something, wouldn’t you want to keep repeating that you didn’t do it even if a court found that you did? This is what any wrongly convicted person does, be it a criminal or civil case. This lady just wants a bigger payday.

Well, no. If a jury found that I was liable for defaming someone I wouldn't go say the same thing about them on TV the next day.
He didn't just make some general proclamation of innocence, he directly addressed her calling her a whackjob right after being found liable for defamation. It was a stupid, impulsive thing to do.

Of course she’s suing. How else is she going to stop him from defaming her? If he insists on continuing to do the crime, then he’ll get more time. All this talk of “witch hunts” is laughable. It reminds me of old mob tropes that the government was racist against Italians. Um no, the government has a bias in favor of law and order. Trump thinks he’s above the law and breaks it with impunity. Naturally, he finds himself in perpetual legal trouble.
