Just like the Democrats can't remove Trump for things that haven't happened. Biden hasn't been "25th" yet, so the answer would be None without causing a significant issue. If they use the 25th Amendment on Biden, then having his name removed would of course occur. The interesting thing is what happens if the 25th Biden after the Democratic Convention just a few weeks before the General Election in November 2024? When all of the ballots have already been set, and in some cases may have already had early voting.
However, I suspect that if states do attempt to remove Trump prematurely they will strike first.
And there may be several states who will do a Tit for Tat and remove Biden.
That is more likely that democrats would replace Biden once the 2024 ballots are harvested and hand pick an alternate like Garland or Mayorkas as president. Scary thought (that democrats would collective enough ballots to win).
He wasn't mentally capable ever in my opinion, nor Obama's, based on his well-known comment (Don't give Joe anything to do.).
I seriously think he was put in place by Obama's handlers so they have someone to pin the blame on in case things went south. Harris is in the same boat. What has she done? Harris is the border czar. She is taking care of bus8ness. She hasn’t been to the border but she hasn’t been to Canada either.
Seriously, Biden may find himself off many ballots because of both Treason and also for mental incapacitation issues. The states will decide since states run elections.
