Uh; IF there was a bunch of "white" people stirring up stuff in Rwanda, I'd agree. Tho tribe tensions CAN be "racism" but to us they're all "Black" as you said.

Things are much more complicated than you might think. Those who don't learn about history will miss alot of important details. With Rwanda, Blacks were not liked in general, but Tutsis were treated better than Hutus. Two groups were pitted against each other, that had already had a complicated relationship with one another for years. However, the effects of colonialism complicated it even more. It played a part. There was racism on all ends of it.

It wasn't all bad between the Hutus and Tutsis. There has been some intermixing between both groups in the past. It was kind of complicated.

You're probably right. I read up on that Rwanda mess and the crazy Hutus were off and killing the saner Hutus along with the Tutsis.

People couldn't afford food because the currency was worthless.

The economy is expanding and most shortages have abated. Economic growth of 5 percent is being targeted this year, Biti told reporters in Harare on April 16. Biti and Tsvangirai have said a return to the Zimbabwe dollar isn’t likely soon.

Mugabe has managed a stranglehold on power since 1980. This dictator will be 90 next year. It is going to take some kind of revolution to get rid of him.
