I lean more to the left and I'm all for owning guns but what the hell do you need assault weapons for?

I need 1 or more civilianized military lookalike assault rifles- for the protection of my home. I currently use a PTR 91 in 7.62x51 to defend my home.

you people that do not shoot firearms much or at all have to remember that what politicians want to ban something that is not an assault rifle. they want to ban something because it looks bad and military, but in fact they are not military at all.
