I seriously wonder why everyone keeps pursuing this. He was born in Hawaii of an American citizen correct? I'm conservative, and this crap is a real waste of time and money. He's President, and isn't going anywhere except 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue for at least the next four years.

Funny how they tell you they are filing motions, with much drama and flair, yet never tell you when the motion gets denied again. Oh, right, they need you to keep clicking the DONATE button. And since you never "research" anything further than rightsideoflife, wnd, and utube, they get away with it.
Thank you for correcting me, I missed that. I can tell you and everyone that I have donated nothing to anyone in regard to Obama. If there are people who feel compelled to do so that is their right and I respect that.
Why would it have been important to his grandparents to have a Hawaiian birth certificate rather than a Kenyan birth certificate? What would make it so important? This is a little baby. His mother was raising him at this time, not the grandparents. Why would anyone care if this little baby had a Hawaiian birth certificate rather than a Kenyan one? And when she remarried, she lied to her husband about where her son was born? Why?
I would think that having a Hawaiian BC would be far more important than a Kenyan one. Who would offer them more, the US or Kenya. His mothers parents were rather well to do people and as I said before, it was probably more important to them and they guided his mother on what to do. Again, I don't know but, I want to.

A certification of live birth is not an authentication of Hawaiian birth, and critics say the procedure could have allowed Obama's mother to have the baby elsewhere, return to the U.S. and obtain the document in Hawaii.

I am considered a fairly good objective observer, it's what I do for a living and I always try to give situation the benefit of the doubt but with Mr. Obama's birth issue I could not find one shred of proof in his favor, yet ............. I could however find allot of proof that something is seriously wrong with this whole picture, as follows:

Michelle Obama almost got expelled from Princeton for her racism. Whenever she got a white professor, she would make racist comments and was reported to the dean six times.
When she was about to get expelled, the NAACP stepped in and prevented her expulsion. They then told Michelle to tone it down so that she could graduate.

The result is that not one of these 31 cases received a hearing on its merits. But why is it that judges have been unwilling to tackle Obama's eligibility problem?
The answer is that most now suspect Obama is not eligible and are afraid of the political chaos that would result from such a discovery. They are afraid of what his supporters would do. They know that if they overturn Obama's presidency, his millions of fans will turn American cities into warzones.

You are more linguistically able than that, true. The only "expert" to offer up her name and credentials is saying only that the internet image she has examined cannot provide a basis for authenticity or inauthenticity. Exactly what any good forensics expert should say. The experts who've actually handled the document say it is authentic. The state of Hawaii held a press conference to verify its authenticity. On the scale of authentic versus fraud, the consensus is weighted on the authentic side.
I am saying that in my opinion there is enough doubt created to make me want to know for sure. What's wrong with that?

Then please explain why they didn't create a false certificate for his sister Maya Soetoro, who was born out of the country?
Its not false Hawaii law you can be born outside the country and get one. What she did was legal. She got an amended birth certificate I posted the law a couple of pages ago with the Hawaii gov web site to back that up
